This co-hosted tool is a sewing machine built by the White Sewing Machine Company. It is a series 77 machine manufactured in the 1940's or 1950's. There are a number of attachments for the machine for ruffling, a set of hemmers, an edgestitcher and top braider, etc. Ask help before using this machine.

The threading and setup is unusual and first users will need help or will need to read the manual provided. Even then, asking for help is the best course until you become familiar with the machine. The machine must be plugged in to use. It does not have an external on and off switch. Instead it relies on a knee pedal on the right side under the machine's cabinet.

This is an old-fashioned, sturdy, reliable machine, but it cannot do some of the more elaborate work of modern, computer-driven machines. Its primary advantage is that it is less prone to break down than more modern models.
